    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Order cancelation info....

    Orders can be canceled within 12 hrs of being placed. We do not cancel sale orders as they are listed as final sales! If there is an issue with your order please let us know and we will do our best to work with you. We do offer cancellations outside that window on a base by base situation. If your order is canceled outside of that window there is a 20% restocking fee assessed period.

    Care instructions

    All shirts are, turn inside out cold wash and hang dry only, this extends the quality and life of your shirt and the vinyl.

    I need my order by xxx date, what do I do.

    Currently 7 business day turnaround on all orders...
    If you need your order outside the normal processing time:
    shirts 7 business days
    blankets 1-2 weeks
    dresses 1-2 weeks.

    Then you must contact seller so that we can discuss your options to make sure this is doable. Then Rush Order fee must be added to cart, and Express Priority shipping selected at checkout. This covers the fee to expedite the order and 1-3 day mail with guaranteed delivery date.

    The amount of time the USPS usually takes: (this is in addition to processing time)
    First Class is 2-6 days
    Priority is 1-3 up to 6 days
    Express Priority is guaranteed 1-2 day

    I can't get my digital file to work, can I get a refund?

    No, Etsy sets this standard to protect all sellers/buyers. I will do my best to help you and to get the file to work for you. But in the end no refunds are issued. Because this is not a returnable item.

    Free shipping and Priority, Priority Express, Overnight Express....

    We do offer free shipping on all of our shirts but this is USPS first class only.

    If you would like to upgrade to Priority or any other shipping you will be required to pay the difference. You will also need to contact us prior to placing your order to make sure this is done.

    Just putting a note in with your order does NOT cut it. If it is not discussed prior to you placing your order. Then the order will be shipped via out standard shipping offer which is USPS first class.

    Why am I being charged customs fees?

    When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

    In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

    Most sellers on Etsy can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

    Gift wrapping and packaging

    Yes... we offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. Which include a decorative custom handmade card with handwritten message, professionally packaged item, delicately wrapped before being placed in shipping mailer.

    Exchanges

    Item must be in NEW condition un-laundered, un-worn, it must NOT be stained, must NOT contain any pet hair or dander, or any kind of damage. Buyer has 3 days of item being marked as delivered to contact seller. Shipping cost to return item is the responsibility of the buyer.

    If you feel the item is defective in nature (hole, tear, snage, issue with decal ext.) Please contact us within those 3 days and we will do our best to facilitate an exchange for you.

    CUSTOMIZED items, or items that have been laundered can NOT be exchanged.
